Can one forgive, yet withhold trust?

I have forgiven someone for a wrong done me...at least I think I have forgiven him. During the time that he, my sister's boyfriend, showed a side of himself that I don't like. As I said, I think I have forgiven him for his actions against me...can one give forgiveness and withhold trust?
