My house sustained freak weather damage to it, and State Farm sent out a claim rep to assess the damages. A few weeks later, State Farm gave me a check for $9,000 and said that they were withholding additional payments (about $3,000- which I will get once I send in receipts showing I fixed the damages). My question is, my contractor's estimate is lower than the $9,000. In fact, it doesn't come anywhere close to that amount of money. If I send in my receipts, will I have to return the difference to State Farm? Also, will I be able to get the $3,000 (PWI and depreciation) that State Farm withheld if I send in receipts with an amount lower than $9,000?

I bought 2 diamond rings on sale at Macys. I am a shopper and can't resist a deal. I bought them whereby I can pay them off in 24 months which will come to $300 A month. I was away from home for a couple of weeks, and when I came home today I walked into a very smelly, damp feeling apartment. The first thing I would try is an anti-histamine pill such as benadryl in case it's an allergic reaction. I had this happen to me and it was a reaction that got better with benadryl. Ipod nano 5th generation problem...?

Ok. I'm on vacation and i slipped and fell in a bit of water while my Ipod was in my pocket. It got a little wet and it was basically out before i got it wet. i pressed the menu button and the little Apple screen showed up, so i was pretty relieved. Then i took it home and charged it up and i took it out and it is now stuck on lock. The button works, i'm able to flip it on and off but that doesn't change anything, there is still the little ipod lock in the corner. I tried to reset it, that didn't work because it is LOCKED. I tried to restore, that didn't do anything either. I was told to let it dry out because it got wet...but it happened yesterday and no change. About a month ago I found a guys apartment to move into, he is the owner and I am renting a room. He is on a disability pension. Anyway, he asked me to move in and I said yes. When I got home after 2 nights at my boyfriends apartment, I realised the rental agreement was gone, this is what I would have used to tell centrelink that I am living there to claim my rent assistance. My dad called him and he has agreed to let me move out with 2 weeks penalty, however I never gave my dad the consent to make this agreement. I am wondering, what should I do? Should I consult a lawyer? If I take the rent he is offering, will I still have claim to the 2 weeks, which I don't agree with as what he is doing is clearly illegal (I studied a law class in university, any illegal or fraudulent contractual agreements are void, so I have every right to tell centrelink that I live there). Hi. "moderate" muslims are muslims who do not know there religion too well. If one of these "moderate" muslims carefully examined and studying the whole of the Quran and the Hadith and learned about Mohammed's life, etc. They would be "extremist", not because "extremists" are "extremists" of a religion, per say, but because they are the only "true" muslims who understand what their Quran preaches. I cough for a month every 9-12 months?

Im suffering from chronic coughs every 9-12 months. for example last august I got a cold/flu and soon after I started coughing for a month. nothing helped cough syrups symbicort....nothing. just last month I started suffering from season allergies. symptoms were runny nose, itchy throat and ears and red eyes. however these symptoms stopped suddenly last week and it just turned it to severe dry coughs. it's funny, some days I cough less than others. but again nothing helps relieve symptoms. i have also tried allergy pills. I also have this tickling sensation in my throat which I think triggers the cough. doctors just prescribe cough medicine to no effect. what am I suffering from? why do I get this every year?

I have always loved the way the guitar sounds and have always been interested in it. Im just wondering if I should learn martial arts since people in the past say I would be a great fighter. OK, so I usually never get bitten by mosquitos. But there are those rare times like tonight, when they literally eat me alive! I have 5 or 6 huge red sore itchy welts on one arm, and about 2 on the other arm. None on my legs and I had shorts on. And it's bugging the heck out of me! I put alcohol and ice on the welts earlier when I first got them, and they shrunk in size a little. But the suckers are still very painful and itchy! And even swollen somewhat. Just discovered mold in my basement apartment, green and white and fluffy?

I was away from home for a couple of weeks, and when I came home today I walked into a very smelly, damp feeling apartment. I've only lived here since March, but since the weather has warmed up I did notice it was very cool and damp all the time - I was kind of relieved with the cool air, didn't need to buy an air conditioner, but the dampness concerned me a bit. Anyway, after cleaning almost everything in my apartment, it still smelled very strongly, kind of like sewage but more just like something rotten. I was discharged in November 1972 when my enlistment ended , with injuries received in Nam they said I wasn't " fit to fight " , I told them I wasn't fit to be a lover either but that didn't slow me down . They did let me finish out my enlistment due to MOS being critical and having a lot of money tied up in me in clearances and training.. I was in the old Army Security Agency , served with some Air Force folks from the Air Force Security Service back at the NSA. Being as the military has changed so much over the years , I try to limit my answers to people with questions about the VA , having dealt with them for about 40 years I have gained some knowledge and some shortcuts which I hope helps.
