Did Israel show the world they have the best Special Forces,when they carried out the raid on the Flotilla?

First of all, what Israel showed from that confrontation was calculated. Secondly, I'd think the world would be more impressed with a special forces action that didn't involve civilian casualties. Finally, the Palestinian situation is shameful. If the Gaza Strip is Israel's and needs "defending" from humanitarian aid flotillas, then the welfare of its inhabitants (primarily women and children) is Israel's responsibility.
