How do you withhold one of your AP scores?

In your AP answer sheet for the multiple choice you had a field you could fill in to not mail your exam score to colleges. If you filled this in, then you can simply not show it. If you allowed them to send it to colleges then you have to contact them (most likely by mail) to tell them to not mail copies of the exam.
