Reveal a massive lie or withhold the truth?

I think that living a lie is making you feel even worse. It won't be easy revealing the truth and your parents might be upset at first but they love you and just want the best for you, I'm sure. Only by being honest can you start to get better. Right now it is too easy to hide away and not change. I've been through something very similar and I just wish I hadn't taken so long to tell my parents. Good luck.
