I bruised both my big toenails playing soccer with old shoes a few days ago but even after getting new shoes and using them I hurt my right toenail even worse I tried to relieve the pressure off my right one cause it was so bad but both my toenails r blue now and I need to get back to running and then playing soccer on mon. I no both my toenails will prob fall off in a LONG time but I need to start doing sports again what can I do for my toes?
