Should i correct marine corps meps paperwork?

My recruiter asked if I had ever seen a psychologist and I told him I did three times because my mom wanted me to. I was never diagnosed and I never took mess. My marine recruiter said to just withhold that since I wasn't diagnosed. On the question have you seen a psychologist I put no. Should I go back and change it inccase it comes up for security clearance?
