Has The West been completely outmanoeuvered diplomatically by Iran?

You don't know what you are talking about... UN doesn't care who uses nuclear as long as they follow the inspection rules which Iran and North Korea do Not! That is the issue... Letting a serious weapon in the hands of a country who is notorious at supporting enemies and terrorists. Any ways.. this is the future! Nobody needs nuclear energy now when they can harvest the sun energy, hydrogen and wind energy etc...
