Withholding your name from the police.?

Well you wouldn't be able to bond out if they didn't have your information... so right there your going to spend at least a couple months awaiting trial... then at trial if you refuse to answer the judge he can hold you in contempt of court until you comply... so basically yea... that would be stupid because on an open container thats usually just a citation unless you underage which is still a petty charge.... and then every jail fingerprints you so if you've ever been in trouble or get in trouble again then match it up..... but withholding your name in jail on such a minor charge would be an idiotic move especially if you wanted to bond out.
